My 2 children and I visited Glenwood Springs and stayed in a studio suite for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised that burgers were served at the evening reception. The kids love burgers. We sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air and warmth from fire pit. The staff are very friendly and accommodated all of our needs.

We can say it's coincidence or some great timing! I'm glad that your children were able to enjoy our burger night and the fire pit in our patio area. We hope to see you all again on your next trip to Glenwood Springs!

My husband and I have gone to Glenwood Springs 2 to 3 times a year for the past 7 years so we have stayed at many different properties. This is by far the best we have stayed at. It is clean, rooms are large, and the staff is amazing. The evening happy hour that they offer on weeknights is always a fun and comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property for fun or a business trip.

Great place to stay. Extremely clean and welcoming, friendly staff and great rooms. Situated alongside an outlet park there is plenty of opportunity for shopping and great places to eat. In the midst of the "Rockies" you will never be lost for something to do with may adventurous activities right on the doorstep. The centre of town is a rough 20 minute walk away, alternatively there is a bus stop behind the hotel with the bus costing only $1 each way to and from town. In the town itself there is more to see and do including the words largest hot springs. Would visit here again if I get the chance.

Clean and very nice. Would be better if they had shuttle service from train station as a cab costs $8.00 one way. Great breakfast burritos and the grilled chicken was nice. Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Quiet and relaxing stay. Just what the doctor ordered.

We're glad that you were able relax while staying with us! I also apologize that the information wasn't relayed to you but we do partner with one of the local companies for shuttle service. When you return again on the Amtrak, contact Glenwood Adventure Company the day prior to arrival and they'll provide transportation to us! They offer great packages for our guests as well.
