As I walked into this hotel lobby I was pleasantly greeted by everyone at the front desk specially managers on duty Mr Frank Atayde got my room right away. As I walked into the room was nice very clean. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The scenic landscape of this place had me go crazy! Very peaceful and extremely well kept rooms and interiors. The breakfast is just too delicious for words. Especially the blueberry muffins and cinnamon roll. Enthusiasm is the religion of the staff here! Excellent laundry facility for guests. Well maintained pool and fitness center as well!

To whom it may concern... I had the worst experience at your Holiday Inn property on Grand in Santa Ana Ca. Upon check in I was Greeted by a nice young man whom was pleasant and asked why I had not booked through IHG. Then proceeded to tell me they price match and adjust during the day ect. My room was great and the night went well. The next day I was waiting on funds to hit my account to rebook the room . My intention was to book through IHG however I found the price at 117 online which was lower than the 154 on the IHG app. I called the front desk for a late check out and was told no problem by the man on the phone whom was quick to hang up the phone. I then proceeded to make my business calls. Shortly after 2 my bank wire arrived I received a call from the front desk. When I answered I was rudely addressed by Victor Rivas. I told him that I was trying to rebook and asked about the price match the young man had informed me of the previous day. He told me that the employee misinformed me and that I needed to come down and pay the rate of 198 which was not the rate displayed on the IHG app. I said ok then I will book online. 2 minutes later Victor Rivas walked into my room and proceeded to yell at me saying it's 230 get my stuff and come with him now to rebook or get out. I was in a state of bewilderment I mean why was this man invading my privacy treating me in such a way. I had no issues Ived never been treated so horribly. Hope that you do something to ensure this man Victor Rivas does not do to others what he did to me. I wish I knew how to sue Holiday in for desecration of character. Victor Rivas should not have any job in customer service especially in the Hospitality industry.

I stayed here for a few days for work and had a pretty pleasant experience. The front desk agents Frank and Thom were very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping were very nice as well. The rooms could use some updating but they are very clean. Jimmy from the front desk also helped drive me to the airport on the way back. Definitely take advantage of their complimentary airport shuttle service! It’s a close drive to the airport and near a freeway. I would definitely stay here again if I come back again for work.

This hotel has a slight musty smell throughout. It looks like they have updated their bar area in the lobby area. I didn't have time to visit the bar as I only stayed for a night and got in pretty late but it looked inviting from what I could see.

I frequent Holiday Inn's and this hotel needs a facelift. Hallways, bathroom and bedroom décor is outdated and old. For the price the hotel it is very underwhelming.

When I checked in around 10:30pm on 9/11 there were two guys at the front desk. The younger one of the two made odd conversation joking about creepy clowns in the attic and little girls in the basement. To be honest the conversation was uncomfortable and especially for me, a woman travelling by herself. I never felt in danger or anything it just isn't the kind of conversation I would like to have with someone checking into a hotel late in the evening. The comments continued about creepy things in reference to the hotel because "he likes scary movies" the other gentlemen working, who was older and taller (I didn't note their names) came to my rescue making normal casual conversation as he checked me in. The older man of the two, was very accommodating to move me rooms upon realizing I was next to the elevator and freeway.

Once moved, the new room location was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Checkout by phone was quick and easy in the morning as well.
