Hotel Zessa was selected as the hotel for wedding room blocks for my daughter’s wedding. Jennifer Gould assisted with the hotel selection, and Joanne Lee provided the reservation link, provided the bridal lounge details, and all things financial. Once we met the minimum guest reservations to secure the complimentary bridal lounge, Melissa Pepper helped with room arrangements including ordering food and beverage delivery. Brian Castan helped us with details related to holding the rehearsal dinner at the on-site restaurant, Citra Bar & Kitchen. He and the entire restaurant team made the evening run smoothly, including printing name cards with meal selection so the servers could easily deliver meals to attendees. The serving staff and bartender then took care of friends and family who showed up at the bar to meet and greet ahead of the next day’s wedding. Wael Gharib and Tanisha expertly helped guests check-in, check-out, and provided assistance as needed. And I would be remiss if I didn’t thank Hilda and her housekeeping team for providing such a clean and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.
