Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated our recent renovations and modern updates. We apologize for the noise issues you experienced due to the room's location. We recommend requesting a room at the back for future stays to avoid street noise. We're also sorry to hear that your requests weren't fully addressed. We'll work on improving our responsiveness.
