Tanisha the manager was very sweet delightful young lady. Always smiles when I approached the front desk. She is very accommodating. Restaurant was nice a bit pricey but overall good. Coffee shop is a very nice for people that have to leave early in the morning.

The elevators are apparently horse drawn, it took forever to get up or down. Great staff however, especially Edgar, who solved a litany of problems cheerfully. The suite was oddly furnished - desk in sleeping quarters, bureau in common area. TV didn’t work properly, though engineering tried. Defunct restaurant advertising still displayed. Pool area unusable due to renovations etc. I would not recommend nor return.

Anita C was the most awesome bartender. She went out of her way to make all the customers happy, she even was able to get buffalo sauce on my wings instead of the jerk seasoning. That's great way to win over repeat customers. Thanks Anita for your dedication to the customer!
