We stayed here for two nights on very short notice. My 6yr old daughter and I were feeling ill from the smokey air due to the huge wildfire, so I took my kids out of school and started to drive south to try to find someplace that had at least Moderate Air Quality. Upon checking in the front desk were very kind and gave us some flexibility on if we would stay one or two nights because we weren't sure when we could return home. It turns out the air would stay red/hazardous around home for several more days, so we tried to extend our stay for a 3rd night, however they were already booked to the brim.
Jordan, who I spoke to at Embassy Suites, was very kind. He went out of his way to tell his coworkers, and to try to think of ideas for me of where my two girls and I could stay for the last night. His superior, Michele, personally called another nearby hotel for me and arranged a room that could fit us, reasonable rate (includes breakfast which is a big help for a mom with two little ones) and nearby. So for the last night we moved into another hotel, and during our stay, we were mostly recovered from our coughs and headaches (though my 6yr old still needed antibiotics when we got home to see our pediatrician).
All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Embassy Suites, thank you Jordan and thank you Michele. I wanted to leave this note in a check-out survey, but I couldn't find one in my email.
My only suggestion was that the indoor swimming pool water was really cold, if it's possible to turn it up that would be awesome. Thank you!
