Please do not stay here. This hotel needs to be reported to the city. I stay at the howard Johnson hotel on the same street and it's like night and day. Seriously u can tell this hotel doesn't get clean daily. AGAIN, do not stay there
Getting a hot shower is impossible here water pressure and heat was terrible, restroom walls were dirty and there was even a necklace left behind on the doorknob from the previous guests.
The hotel is good for its price range. No room service is provided unless requested. It is an old property with some outdated lights and amenities. A few light switches are not working. But overall good price range, clean, and helpful staff.
There was no hot water. The toilet valve leaked. The pillow cases where very dirty. The sheets has stains. It was not a pleasant experience.
How do you reserve 2 rooms with king beds but ended up getting 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. We were down graded but paid for king beds. What establishment does that? Oh, Ramada by Wyndham in Pasadena does.
