Thank you for being so forward with us about your recent stay; we truly rely on our guests' feedback to improve our offerings and services.
However, I'm incredibly disheartened to know this visit to our DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim fell so short of our high standards. I hope you will accept my sincere apologies for falling short of your expectations. Your added feedback regarding your arrival experience leaves us concerned as this is certainly not reflective of the first impressions we wish to create. That this impression continued through the rest of your trip is disappointing. We do recognize that no matter where you stay, you should always feel comfortable and relaxed. We hoped our high quality mattressses would have ensured you had a good night's rest but we do recognize that preferences vary. Due to the pandemic, we are again asking guests to get their towels from the front desk to limit contact with housekeeping staff.
Our aim of course, is to recapture that positioning in your eyes and deliver those standards which we too hold so dear. Your comments and observations have been discussed and we are monitoring those areas where you have highlighted a tweak and adjustment need to be made.
