Nice hotel. We stayed here because we went to Disneyland. It’s in a good area. Lobby is clean. The room was also clean but needs some retouches here and there. For example, re caulking the bathroom. The bathroom has 2 doors that can be accessed in the living room/ kitchen and the bedroom. Quiet area. There were 5 of us, 2 slept in the sofa bed, and 3 in the bedroom. So having a bathroom with 2 doors was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

The rooms are nice. The breakfast is a little better than others. My real issue is they charge $30 a night to park a car in their lot. Since when does a hotel charge you a parking fee? Then I asked if they had a banana for my kid one night around 8:30pm. Like the ones they give out during breakfast. They charged me $1 per banana. So I guess bananas are only free during breakfast?

Breakfast was included but they did not prepare enough food to accommodate everyone. Stood in line at the buffet 4 times trying to get food for the kids. We'd wait in line for 6-8 minutes for them to bring out more food. Poor management for allowing this day after day.

It’s a very convenient and a very pleasant hotel near the block. I enjoy the stay I had along with all the amenities with little trouble finding it . I will try the nice pool and jacuzzi tomorrow and the weather is brilliant . I mostly enjoyed the bar and the free drinks and the coffee in the room . Thanks , Gazal

Terrible experience at this hotel after years of Embassy stays.

- our room was so warm and the thermostat would not go into AC or cool down. Called down was told it was too late to have someone come look and to turn off the unit entirely.

- after a terrible night of no sleep and so hot we were told someone would come around 11 am. When we returned at 5 pm I asked if it had been fixed was told yes. Turned the unit to the coldest temp and did our evening activities.

- Upon return at 10 PM room was still scorching hot and unbearable. Called again and was told we would have to move rooms at 10:30 PM with our children.

- so we were then moved 6 floors up to a moldy blood stained room.

- not only did we loose precious hours along with the extra elevator time we were put in a disgusting room. What more would have had to do move again even later at night.

They should no care or sympathy!!!!

My family and I stayed here last week for an Angels game. The only decent thing about this hotel is the proximity to Angel Stadium. The hotel is 100% not worth the price. Over $300 for 1 night and our room had no AC in the middle of summer. When we got to the room it was super hot inside, we made sure the air was turned down and waited. We went to the Angels game, when we came back the room was still ridiculously hot and stuff. It was actually cooler outside than in the room. I've never stayed in a room so hot. We had maintenance come and he didn't really look at anything and just told us it was because there was a power outage while we were gone at the game. Ummm...OK but it was hot before the power outage. He literally did nothing, didn't even try and check the air filter or anything. After he left my husband checked the air filter and it was so disgusting!!!! Needless to say the AC NEVER worked. No one could sleep because the room was so dreadfully hot and stuffy. We couldn't wait to check out! Hilton should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel.

The wifi never worked either our entire time we were there, which was a bummer because my husband was trying to do some work before the game and couldn't.

Breakfast was pretty disappointing for an Embassy Suites. Yes they had cook to order eggs/omelettes but that was about it. They weren't filling up items quick either. The coffee is HORIBLE! They use powered coffee in a machine, it isn't fresh brewed coffee. It tasted like gas station coffee.

All in all we were super disappointed and will never stay here again. We are Hilton Honors members and would like our point back that we spent plus the $ we spent to stay here. Minus points we paid over $300 to stay here in a room with NO AC! Don't bother staying here. I see other recent reviews with the same exact AC issues. You would think the hotel would do something about it by now.
