Rooms were huge and clean. But the walls are thin!!! Every single night we heard the room next to us. The first night we heard a dog barking all night and when we complained to the receptionist, she was very dismissive and told us that there aren’t any available rooms to move us to so we’d have to wait until the other guests leave. Not sure what their pet policy is but that was ridiculous. And every night after that, was another issue with noise. Didn’t get a single night of good sleep

We came to the area for my friend’s wedding and stayed here as the location was very convenient.

The property itself is quite nice - there is a nice hotel scent and you can tell it’s a pretty new construction. Staff, especially at the bistro, were super friendly! The room and amenities were not bad either - but here’s where things go downhill.

Waze completely navigated us to the wrong side of the street (this should be fixed) so we spent time circling the block looking for the hotel until we saw it on the other side.

The rooms are noisy. In general, the walls are thin. We had a room overlooking the street and could hear everythinggggg happening out there, along with whatever was happening in the rooms next door (guy with morning throat clearing issues, I’m looking at you). Also, the vent/HVAC system is noisy in that it’s not white noise! It helps noise travel from wherever directly into your room. This did not provide for a very peaceful stay.

Finally, the parking pass provided never worked. There is a barcode that you are supposed to scan but every time we did it said “invalid code” so we had to call for help every time we went in or out of the parking garage.

Would I stay there again? Probably not, unless I really needed to be in the area and no other alternatives were available.

Stayed here for four night business trip. This is my second stay at this hotel. This is not your normal run of the mill Courtyard. It is almost like a full service Marriott. It is six floors, has two actual restaurants, a “we sell Starbucks” coffee counter and a boba tea counter. It is only a few years old and the rooms and common areas are still in great shape. The rooms have wooden floors which gives it an elevated feel. The main lobby has tons of seating and is expansive since it is an open atrium to the second floor. One thing to note is the rooms have an energy efficient HVAC system that turns off when the room is unoccupied. Each afternoon when I returned the room was registering between 78-80 degrees and it’s only April. If one thing could change it would be to have the A/C turn on when the room temperature hit about 76 degrees. Once it does turn on after I would enter the room it would take about an hour to cool down to 70.
