Wrote a review a few weeks ago but got taken down. Will post here and on all sites so people are aware. I stay here regularly for work. Decent Courtyard because it's new and renovated. Staff is nice and follow procedures and regulations.

No upgrade for any elite members. No matter day of the week, there will be "no rooms available"." Will begrudgingly give complimentary parking if no upgrade available, but will always remind you complimentary parking are not always available.

My biggest gripe with this hotel is the smell of marijuana. From when you park you car, in the underground parking lot, into the elevator, and into your room, there are always random wafts of marijuana smell. I'm pretty sure it comes from the neighborhood in the back or one of the staff members.

No matter what, be sure to request a room facing the street or higher floors, or else you will be taking in plenty of second-hand marijuana smoke. Call early to make sure it is available, otherwise they will always assign a room towards the back.

Besides that, clean hotel.

Great hotel location was nice, check in was fast no issues. Booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was very nice super spacious and most importantly VERY clean. Parking was 12$ under ground felt safe parking my car had no issues & yes they have charging stations for cars. Deposit fee was $50 if paying with debit. I did request the highest floor & everything I requested was met the suites are HUGE I got room 206 floor 6 & it was a cornered room with a nice view huge bathroom and the toilet had its own door so that was a plus, the only thing we didn’t have was a microwave we didn’t request or ask for one but that’s about it other then that it’s a very nice hotel I recommend checking it out if you are in the area or traveling!

If I could give zero star, I would. This is our third time staying at this hotel and had the most terrible experience - will NEVER come back. During the first night of the stay right after taking a shower, I realized that the bath towel I was using had an USED BANDAID stuck on it. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. I was disturbed to find that the other 3 towels either had stain or dust. We were so frustrated and talked to the front desk who stated that she will relay the complaint to the manager. However, no one contacted us during our 3-night stay there. Since we had very busy schedule while visiting, we tried following up soon after we left the hotel - we wrote 3-4 emails to the hotel manager and got NO RESPONSE. Until now, we still hear nothing. STAY AWAY.
