Our family of four spent one night at this property prior to an early morning departure. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and professional. The shuttle to the airport was timely and ran every 15-20 minutes. The advice was to arrive in the lobby 30 minutes prior to the desired arrival time at the airport.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed.

This hotel is a few minutes east of LAX with a shuttle that is circulating almost continuously. Take the escalator outside of baggage claim to the second level and find a red hotel shuttle sign. We were lucky and only had to wait a few minutes for the hotel shuttle.
We arrived 3 hours before check in time but Derek(probably misspelled) greeted us warmly, took my cell phone and called when our room was ready. Excellent front desk!
The hotel is modern, clean, and updated. Our room had a great walk in shower, which is very much appreciated! Firm, comfortable bed.
The included breakfast was the normal faire. No complaints there.
Be aware that you will hear street noise from Century Blvd and the sounds of jets taking off from the airport.
There are several choices for food and drink nearby.
We will stay here again on any overnights at the airport.

Very convenient hotel! Convenient location to/from LAX. Convenience of an condo in a hotel. Rooms have full kitchen, eat in counter space, living area, and workspace area. Spacious size rooms to accommodate families. Pool, exercise room, fire place, Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s in the lobby. Breakfast buffet in the lobby as well. The hotel has Wally the robot butler to assists the staff.
Free airport shuttle is a plus.

We were in a leisure trip to Los Angeles. This hotel is in LAX area. Very good location. We were on 11th floor, we slept well though occasional noise from flying planes. Hotel offers very decent breakfast. Shuttle service to/from airport terminal. Front desk was very cooperative. They assisted us arranging our day trip with starline. We were picked and dropped by the starline from our hotel.
The room was spacious. A decent kitchen was there though we did not get chance to use it. A pizza shop is on the side of the building.
No complain except perhaps room charges were higher (that is the reason i am giving the hotel one less rating grade).
Overall i am satisfied and would chose the hotel when going back to LA.

We stayed for 1 night after a late arrival in LAX. Grabbed the shuttle to the hotel easily. Once there we picked this as we could stay cheaply in one room. With 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa this room could easily fit 6. The hotel was in walking distance of a cheap UBER from the car rental agencies. Finally they had a good free breakfast buffet. Yes the rooms were a little dated, but everything else worked out great.
