Good and clean place to stay. Nice use of technology. Ample lobby area for work, socializing, dining, etc.

As we were getting out of an Uber one night, my friend dropped her phone on the street and it slipped right into the sewer grate. We were sure it was lost forever but Hector noticed something was wrong, found us the number for the L.A. streets and sanitation nighttime hotline, and helped us actually contact someone who could help! And he gave us a round of free drinks to ease the trouble. Someone came out at 6 a.m. the next morning and she had her miraculously still-working phone in her hand minutes later. Without Hector, the rest of the trip would have been quite challenging, but he was our hero that night!

Trip was wife’s 60th birthday celebration. The location, room and employees were all great. The parking however forced us to checkout way early. And it would also be nice to have map and a bit of information about things to do and local attractions

The hotel was perfect, just be cautious when you go outside of the building. There's a lot of homeless.

Great bang for the buck. Comfy bed. Great staff. Room compact but all I needed. The Ipad never worked for the TV but I didn.t really care. I will return if in LA.
