Trip was wife’s 60th birthday celebration. The location, room and employees were all great. The parking however forced us to checkout way early. And it would also be nice to have map and a bit of information about things to do and local attractions
The hotel was perfect, just be cautious when you go outside of the building. There's a lot of homeless.
Great bang for the buck. Comfy bed. Great staff. Room compact but all I needed. The Ipad never worked for the TV but I didn.t really care. I will return if in LA.
Had a flight cancellation due to the global IT outage. Stuck in airports for more than 24 hours and finally got to hotel the next day after my reservation started. Looking forward to hot shower only to find out they gave away my room and had no more available. Had to wait the day to get one. Of course they aren’t going to refund me my money for the night they F-d me out of and pocketed it. Untrustworthy hotel. Won’t be staying there again. Room was nice modern and clean. Sink drain smelled like heavy mold though

Fancy place, a variety of arts in the living lobby. Reasonable price with no hidden extra charges. Good attitude of crews
