Great bang for the buck. Comfy bed. Great staff. Room compact but all I needed. The Ipad never worked for the TV but I didn.t really care. I will return if in LA.

The hotel was perfect, just be cautious when you go outside of the building. There's a lot of homeless.

Had a flight cancellation due to the global IT outage. Stuck in airports for more than 24 hours and finally got to hotel the next day after my reservation started. Looking forward to hot shower only to find out they gave away my room and had no more available. Had to wait the day to get one. Of course they aren’t going to refund me my money for the night they F-d me out of and pocketed it. Untrustworthy hotel. Won’t be staying there again. Room was nice modern and clean. Sink drain smelled like heavy mold though

We know that with all the craziness due to the Global IT outage coming to check-in and not being able to is not ideal and for that we sincerely apologize. We do our best to hold the rooms but our system will assume you are not showing up after 24hrs. I have passed this feedback along in the hopes we can improve.

Had a horrible experience at a different hotel near the convention center. Booked this super late at 10 or 11 pm. And thanks to citizens automated check in I was able to switch hotels that same night. Very very happy with the decision
