Fantastic customer service in every area. The beds and bedding felt like butter, I melted! I even took a picture of the pillow tag so I can get some for home. Room was clean and had high end toiletries! You literally only need your toothbrush!
I would not recommend this Hotel to my worse enemy .You walk in the room it stinks .The floors are so dirty we had to keep washing our feet because they was black from the floors .The restaurant didn’t have a very good selection of food and the alcohol drinks was premixed in big containers . The drinks was nasty tasty I order mixed drinks margaritas and it just tasted like straight tequila it’s a horrible hotel not worth what you pay .We will never ever stay at this dirty hotel again
Beautiful location, but rooms super dirty. Stains and dust all over. Socks turned black from walking around the room getting ready. Dirtiest Hilton property I've ever seen - this is from a Diamond Member. Vent to ac had a layer of what looked like white mold. But seriously layers of dust all over, stains on every wall. And the fact I had to wear shoes 100% of the times because the floors are so dirty.
Hotel flags bad reviews on Google and we will find out about here too.
Okay stay, conveniently located, with a great walking path. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully placed, with fire pits and tiki torches throughout. You get a resort feel, without the cost of staying on a resort. The staff is friendly, and overall helpful - I’d stay here again.
Its an amazing hotel, My sister had her wedding here. Close to the water only downside is not much around food, Entertainment, etc. The staff was friendly expect for one indivdual but I didn't let it bother me. I would stay again if the price was reasonable.
