This hotel was very clean and well kept. The rooms had everything necessary for a great night's sleep. I had Wi-Fi issues while there which meant the business center came in extremely handy! The breakfast was a bit underwhelming but there is a Starbucks across the street!
Noise level was good - I expected to hear planes at night but didn't. There was a nice outside pool and green area as well.
This is a great place to stay it is very nice and very clean and a very fresh clean smell and everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. I brought a group of 60 people and we stayed a total of three nights we went on a 14 day cruise out of Long Beach, CA . Overall the stay was very good. Hotel is modern, clean & comfortable. Guest services & shuttle services were excellent. A good area to find restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My only reason for not ranking it 5 stars was the room was too small for 2 people to be comfortable.
It would be a great room for single occupancy stay at reasonable rate.
We have stayed in several Hampton Inns; however, this one stands out as fresh and modern. Our room was sparkling clean and spacious. We had a late check-in, and the front desk attendant, Eryn, was welcoming and very helpful with managing a mistake on our reservation, sharing places to eat, and explaining morning protocol. I am sorry we could not stay longer, but next time we definitely will.
Highly recommend this Hampton! From the front desk manager to the maids to the team that makes the FULL breakfast. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. Clean rooms and quiet even next to the airport.
