Surprisingly Wonderful, Clean, No Bugs, we got a crazy good price on Priceline. It is a really great quaint place. Very southwest with beautiful roses in front of every room. Staff/Owner very helpful. Older place but well kept. Close to Sequoia national park, perfect for a nights sleep between exploring the park.

This hotel is nestled in with some run down apartments in a part of town where nearly every business is boarded up. The managers have tried to make this hotel clean, and I appreciate this, but the facilities are run down. There was almost no water pressure and there was no hot water.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights - two beds in two separate rooms. There is also a full kitchen, but no dish/kitchenware. If you plan to use it, make sure you bring your own - down to the forks and spoons!

It's a quiet location, off of the main road. It's about 10mins to the center of Lindsay where you'll find some decent food. Another 25mins to the next town with a few more options. Sequoia is about 1.5hrs straight shot.

The manager/owner of the property is very nice. He informed that they are in the process of renovating and all rooms will soon (or perhaps are now) fully hardwood with all new furnishings.

We really enjoyed our stay and is a perfect place for those going to Sequoia or Kings. Oh, the wifi is spotty, so be prepared.

We traveled in three but they provided us towels only for two persons, linens have stains plus the headboard of my bed has blood. There is a strange smell in the parking that affects also the rooms plus the air conditioning is really noisy. In this conditions sleeping in the car is more comfortable.

I had to spend a night in Lindsay and I came upon this motel, for the price have to say the rooms where great as well as the service. It was close to many restaurants and near the Lindsay downtown. It is a quiet place and truly a great price for this room. The room was clean and again the service was great. It was within an hour/ half an hour distance from all the major cities in this area, there are many outlet malls and indoor malls to go to. Plus only 30 to 40 minutes from the Sequoia National Park. I had a pleasant stay!
