I stayed at the ranch last night booking my room through hotels tonight.
The hotel made the mistake of authorizing my card twice the amount what it said it would $394 instead of $200 after the room and tax being paid in full through a 3rd party.
I contacted the hotel at which point no manager was on duty. They claim they left a message to my room, after I asked for a manager to call me back on my cell.
After check out I called the hotel to find resolution to this issue as banks take 3-5 business days to release funds. Upon calling the hotel the jr manager I spoke with proceeded to yell at me over the phone. I then Asked to speak with a general manager. They assured me he would call me back in 20 minutes following his meeting.
After of 3 hours ago no one has contacted me. I followed up with a phone call and the general manager was gone for the day. No resolution to this matter.
This hotel doesn’t understand that the reason people return to a hotel isn’t the property, it’s the people.
Based on the people I have dealt with, this property is a waste of time and a liability to your money, as they refuse to take accountability for there actions.More
