Shuttle was so full and getting on was like fighting for your life especially at Disney closing time.

Stayed in deluxe king room. Updated room, nice city view, quiet in South Tower 11th floor. The shuttle to Disney was super easy.

Hotel was nice. Staff accommodating. Even though I booked 2 rooms, they didn’t place my family together. Supervisor did make it possible so that we were together.
