I went there for my boyfriend and my birthday, it's an old hotel but convenience near the Disneyland also next to Target. The room was pretty small, and the blanket is feather, so it has a smell. Staffs really nice especially Ms. Arellen? I'm not sure if I typed the correct name but she very attentive and supportive.

This was one of the best hotel stays in years. It was our first visit. We are Travelers who visit many countries and stay in many hotels. The rooms, but especially the staff, exceeded any expectations. Thank you for everything!

Let me start by saying that I have never stayed at a hotel with a better overall staff than this specific Sheraton Hotel (Garden Grove/Anaheim). Every employee, without exception made our stay much more than ever expected. This was our first visit ever to this hotel near Disneyland.
I have been around the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels of every price level. This is one of those hotels I would not hesitate to recommend.
There is ample parking, and a shuttle that will take you to the parks (unlimited) for $6/day PP.
The hotel is clean, has a great restaurant, and a club level lounge available. Pool, gym, business center w a PC and printer.
The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, newer beds, small refrigerator, internet, large TV and ample room to stretch out.

Target (shopping), CVS (drugstore), and restaurants are easily walkable.
By shuttle, Disneyland is about 15 mins away.
Don't drive there. Pickup point is right outside.
Back to employees: a special thank you to Barbara on the day shift, and Scott (supervisor) on the evening shift. You made all our very minor concerns go away, and then the extra mile of your smile and care. If I could give you 6stars I would

I stayed at this Sheraton for a four day/three night business trip. I enjoyed the pool each evening which was clean.
The room was old and showing it. Within the shower there was no place to leave the soap except for on the edge. The furniture had stains on it. On my third day I needed some water so attempted to access the lounge. My key would not allow me on the floor. I went to the front desk and their key creator machine would not work so they had to have a bellman escort me up to the lounge.
I usually stay at the Marriott Suites next to this hotel but on my last visit that hotel was also starting to show its age so I decided to try another hotel. Looks like I haven’t found the right one yet so I’ll be trying a different Marriott brand next time.

Once again… the Sheraton Garden Grove knocked it out of the park! Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and with any luck, you’ll meet Sasha or Chloe at the front desk! They are awesome!!! Great customer service and represent their hotel and company well!

Facilities were very clean, and food & bar service was great. We ate daily at the restaurant and had great service from Fabian and Meylin… not to mention the food is excellent and reasonably priced.

The hotel has many food options nearby and is only blocks away from Disneyland. And other major sporting venues.

Room tip: There are a lot of food options nearby and the hotel is close to Angels stadium and the Honda Center.

Jonathan checked us in at front desk and was amazing but besides that we weren’t a huge fan of the hotel room/washroom/lounge access. The breakfast wasn’t good quality food and the hotel seemed on the older side. The location was good and that’s about it. I was disappointed in this being a Sheraton property.

I tried calling the front desk 3 different times. Each time I was on hold and then someone picked up the phone and ended the call. I definitely will not be staying here if this is how they treat customers. Yikes, sounds like this hotel has staffing issues or bitter employees.
