Recently we had the chance to stay at the Crowne Plaza in Costa Mesa California. After a very busy day and a longer than planned drive to the hotel; we had a very friendly and prompt check in. While we just missed food service at the Fireside restaurant, there was a McDonalds next to the hotel and there were other options down the street. The hotel parking lot seemed to have some work being done so while the spaces were all full; the parking garage had plenty of roof parking and it was a short walk from the garage to the lobby. The hotel lobby was very inviting and there was also a small store for snacks and sundries for guests to select from. Our room was very comfortable as it had a Flat Screen television with plenty of channels and very good Wi-Fi. The hotel also offers a Hot Tub and Pool as well as a business center for those work projects that cannot wait. The Crowne Plaza offers a free Airport Shuttle and also has a range of services available such as a Limo and Town Car service for business needs that arise for guests. There is also a Dry Cleaning and Room Service option which shows how the Crowne Plaza is able to handle the needs of the Business guests as well as the needs for families and recreational travelers. The hotel and staff were very clean, efficient, and inviting and we had a very wonderful stay. Our room was very modern and spacious and we had a very restful and relaxed evening which was just what we needed after a very intense and busy few days prior.

Our checkout was very prompt, accurate, and efficient and it was nice to see that there was a gas station so close to the hotel as we opted to fill up before heading out. We had some coverage scheduled at Knott’s Berry Farm that morning which was about twenty-five minutes away and we passed Disneyland along the way which underscores the great location of the hotel as it is very close to the many attractions and points of interest in the area.

We look forward to a future visit where we can hopefully try the dining options the hotel offers as well as experience more of the great service that we experienced during our stay.More
