Very comfortable hotel and many amazing services, for the it was really nice and for transparency the price of the booking not expensive and the price is very low compared to the price of others hotels in Petra

Stayed at the Tetra Tree Hotel for 3 nights in Nov 2019. We'd had some problems trying to find somewhere nice to stay in Wadi Musa, as the reviews for a lot of places were mixed. We plumped for the Tetra Tree thinking it would probably just be ok, but we were more than pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very good value for money for what we paid, and very clean and comfortable, plus we had a nice room with a view over the city. Our favourite thing was sitting on the terrace - either in the morning eating what was actually a very nice breakfast, or in the evening with a beer watching the sun go down. Ok the hotel isn't perfect - there was stuffing coming out of the chair in our room, there was a slight leak somewhere in the bathroom, and the aforementioned beers were 5JD for a small can, but none of these things would put me off staying at the Tetra Tree again if I visited Wadi Musa. I should mention however, that the hotel is some way from the Petra site, and parking at Petra can be quite difficult. We ended up walking most of the time, and the walk back to the Tetra Tree is a bit of an uphill slog. Keeps you fit though !
This hotel actually exceeded my expectations. Nice staff, decent food, and a very comfortable room with a great view of the town and landscape below. Would definitely stay here again. We arrived late, so didn't really get to explore the town, but we had a good dinner here and, the next morning, a satisfying breakfast before touring Petra.
We spent one night in this hotel before our early morning visit to Petra.
The room was clean and large. The toilet did leak at the bottom so there was a puddle on the floor.
There is no safe in the room. The electrical outlets are Type C - European.
Free wifi is only available in the lobby and rooftop restaurant. That is kind of annoying.
The breakfast was fine - plenty to choose from. Dinner was also nice with a variety of dishes.
They offer a box lunch for Petra. It is overpriced for what you get and not worth it. We each got 2 sandwiches, cake (we ordered fruit), juice and this flimsy water holder that broke and got the paper bag completely drenched and made it worthless. If possible, I would try to get a bag lunch from somewhere else. The restaurant in Petra was very crowded at lunchtime and a bit expensive, so having our own lunch was nice.
Mwah is something between ‘do not go there’ and ‘okayish’.
The room is clean, the shower works and the breakfast is acceptable.
The dinner buffet has nice salads and a few warm dishes but it is all served in an uncosy TL lighted dinner room or at the terrace (which has a nice view). But the staff smokes cigarettes in adjacent rooms ( no doors) which is filthy.
Further I had to negotiate for a beer price; they charged met 5 JD for a 330 ml can and wanted to charge me 10 for a 500 ml can (they ran out of the small ones). It took me quite some time to explain that this was not fair. Eventually was the price adjusted. Why do I have to bring this to the table?
Anyhow, a clean hotel where I will not return.
(Btw: The hotel was also not my choice but because our ‘own’ hotel had an issue we were rebooked into this for one night).

The location is near to "downtown" we went walking in the night to have something to eat with no problems at all. It is not near to Petra, we had an arrangement with our company to pick us up in the moutning to get to petra.
