This was our second of four different hotel stays in our 8 days in Jordan. We arrived late. Room really nice and spacious. However safe didn’t work and toilet seat loose and poor flush. Lovely grounds and excellent views of mountains. Not all rooms in resort had windows. Ottoman design. Inadequate plug points in our room. Food was nice but not overly hot. Would happily return but need to choose rooms carefully.

We stayed one night, and I’m afraid to say we would not come back. The site - an inn built from an old stone village- is really neat and has a lot of potential, IF the customer service was better and the price was more commensurate with the quality of the rooms. Our room did not by any means equate to the price (we paid 313 JD for a Jr suite). The furnishings are antiquey and atmospheric but the bathrooms were very poorly appointed - with leaky faucets and a flickering light. It was fine for a night but by no means worth the price - based on the quality of the rooms, the price should have been more like half of what we paid. The customer service was also very strange - as soon as we arrived, tired from a day of traveling, we were told that there had been an error in the online booking on their website, that it was our fault, and that *I* had to contact my bank to check if the payment had gone through. This problem on their website wasn’t resolved until we left the following day - and always came with the accusation we had incorrectly filled out their website (which we hadn’t - we received a confirmation number!). I would have had all the patience in the world for an inn having trouble with their website and the payment, but their insinuation that it was our fault and that we as the guests had to resolve it was really annoying. They could have handled this simple problem very differently. The food in the restaurant was ok but nothing special, and the service there was ambivalent at best. I hope they improve on some of these issues, as it could be a great place to stay. In any case, we will stay elsewhere next time.

Wonderful beautiful hotel consisting of buildings from an old village. Facility is modern but maintains the charm of the past. Sits on a hillside overlooking Petra. Just a short drive from the park. Large breakfast buffet and full dinner menu.
You are able to bring your own wine to dinner.

Room tip: Parking available, Do not serve alcohol but you may bring your own. A couple of gift shops. Turkish bath available
