The customer service was excellent. We really felt like all of the staff was incredibly helpful and took our time with whatever needs we had at the hotel. The hotel staff was incredibly kind. We had issues with our flight and needed to change flights and the front desk helped us because we did not speak Arabic. The front staff stayed on the telephone for an hour! Just to make sure we could change our flight. That is awesome customer service. The manager is top notch. They exceeded our expectations on every level. I wanted to especially thank the front desk for their help. From check in to check out they provided the best service. What ever we asked they provided more then what we expected. As a Titanium Bonvoy Member they upgraded us and breakfast was great every morning. Thank you again Petra Marriott! We had a great time in Petra! Go go go!
