Great modern clean hotel

Very nice hotel up the hill from the Petra entrance. Lovely, clean, modern, comfortable. I stayed on the top floor, #401, that has a nice roof top patio! Nearby restaurants, reccommend Sajiaat Alijanoob, grocery stores and bakeries. Daily room cleaning replenishing the instant coffee and towels if needed.

Room tip: WATCH YOUR STEP!!! There is a reason the locals walk in the street!

Wonderful

Beautiful place. Nice and kind staff. Dinner and food is great. Nice view and they even have turkish bath. If you want they offer massage. Breakfast is perfect too and the place is awsome. Me and my family will come back for sure!

2nd visit

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel although 9th trip to Jordan. As before the owner Youssef was extremely attentive contacting me every day of my 8 day stay to check everything was ok and if I needed anything. Room clean and very roomy, I will definitely be back.

Two weeks stay

We stay here for two weeks we was travel and we work for business trip in Jordan and Petra we feel that property like our home the hotel owner he was so good and all the staff they was so much good to us we really appreciate it and we are very thankful that we choose this nice hotel. The hotel was so clean too and the bed so comfortable the hotel near restaurants and bank and cafes

Amazing time!

We stayed at Moses Residence for 4 nights in March 2022. The room was very modern, well designed, fully equipped with everything that you could need, very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Bathroom is very nice, the shower is excellent with unlimited hot water. The location is ideal, there is a pharmacy and shop next door with a bank and post office across the road, there are also lots of restaurants nearby and Petra visitors centre is only a short walk away. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, very nice person, always making sure that we were happy and had everything that we needed. We would definitely return on our next visit! We had a brilliant time!
