Staff is verynice especially Hanadi because I left my bag in the hotel and I went back.
And also a guy in night shift. He suggested us how to walk in Pertra clearly.
The hotel are also nice. The location is perfect!
next the the gate of Petra. Recommended !

Very comfortable hotel, big rooms with oak furniture, over bath showers and robes and slippers available. Good aircon and decent breakfast though omelette station service unreliable. Location absolutely perfect for Petra visit being next to entrance. A few restaurants and souvenir shops as well as Petra museum all within few mins walk.
Friendly English speaking staff on reception. Dinners not so good soon ran out of buffet items which were then not replaced. Interesting specials including whole roast partridge and grapes dipped in white chocolate. dining room large and sometimes draughty. Also we were surprised that the water at dinner was not included in our package.
Cave bar very expensive for alcoholic drinks, beware the extra taxes levied on top of the quoted prices.
Would love to stay here again if returned to Petra

The hotel is in a perfect location for the entrance to Petra.
The room itself was very good, unfortunately most of the sockets in the room weren't work so we had issues charging our items.
The hotel is situated next to the cave bar which is ideal for a drink and food.
Our experience was good there, the only poi t is that 'some' of the staff were asking for tips.
Would recommend the hotel, the location was great.

Great location next to the entrance of Petra’s historical site. It has comfortable and nice size rooms, plus two bars. One, the Cave Bar, which has a nice atmosphere and serves draft Petra beer..
The inside bar has a happy hour between 1pm - 2pm each day. Which after a very early start, it was nice to take advantage of, by getting there at 5 mins to 2pm.
The staff are all very friendly, especially Ghaith in the Cave Bar.
We stayed half board, the breakfast and dinner buffets were both very tasty.

The good thing about this hotel is its location. It is the nearest hotel right beside the Petra entrance and ticket booth. If you plan to go to Petra at night or go to Petra early morning, then book this hotel. However, do not expect anything fancy. The hotel rooms are average, old, and standard quality. The walls, doors, furnitures, and fixtures need to be refurbished. During our stay, only 1 out of 2 elevators were functioning. They also have a restaurant inside Petra called the Basin. If you stay in this hotel, they will give you 20% discount.
