The food in the restaurant have very good selections. Morning breakfast was also very delicious. The service is very good, staff are very efficient and polite! Especially Omar, he is very polite, friendly, attentive to details and with sense of humour.
Eggs were done to perfections.
A pleasant experience!
The only thing is the bed, double bed in room 323 was really not great because of the springs of the bed.

Love my time there, Petra is amazing and the hotel was very clean and good situated. The food was also tasty (discover Omali and fall in love) There was a waiter (Salah Al Deen) that was super nice and helpful!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the buffet which was a combination of local and international dishes. It was a pleasure to get breakfast of a custom-made omelette and made-to-order pancake. There was a plentiful selection of other dishes as well. The beds were comfortable and the room clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. The cave was cool and the location is perfect. The rooms are pretty basic but the staff was super friendly. We were about to depart when we noticed a flat tire on our van. Khaled stepped in to help without hesitating and took us to get it fixed. He was so nice and helpful and didn’t expect anything in return. We are so grateful for him.
