Love my time there, Petra is amazing and the hotel was very clean and good situated. The food was also tasty (discover Omali and fall in love) There was a waiter (Salah Al Deen) that was super nice and helpful!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the buffet which was a combination of local and international dishes. It was a pleasure to get breakfast of a custom-made omelette and made-to-order pancake. There was a plentiful selection of other dishes as well. The beds were comfortable and the room clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. The cave was cool and the location is perfect. The rooms are pretty basic but the staff was super friendly. We were about to depart when we noticed a flat tire on our van. Khaled stepped in to help without hesitating and took us to get it fixed. He was so nice and helpful and didn’t expect anything in return. We are so grateful for him.

the hotel have a great location to get inside petra site, it's a 4 star hotel and they provided a 4 star hotel service, for sure not the best but as i mentioned the location is great, so you don't have any problem or need to get a taxi or find a car parking

We had a good stay at Petra Guest House. It is now managed by IGH, but you cannot get IGH points to stay. This hotel has been there awhile and the rooms decor is showing its age. The Cave Bar is nice and the staff was helpful. The location is at the entrance to Petra site, visitor center and museum. Also close to good restaurants and shopping.
