A gem in wadi musa

We arrived at this hotel, frustrated from a so called "5 star property" in Dead Sea, and were immediately felt at home by Mohammed atvthe front desk. Despite 2-3 large groups checking in at the same time and Mohammed being the lone one at the front desk, hr made sure that we aren't forgotten and quickly allocated us the room.

The hotel is very very clean, rooms spacious with comfortable bed and clean bathroom with basic amenities provided.

However what makes the hotel stand apart is the extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rafat at the restaurant was always welcoming and even provided us complimentary lunch/snack box for our visit to petra, which came in handy.

The hotel also provides free on demand shuttle to anf from petra visitor center, as well as free massage chair on top floor which i absolutely loved after the tiring day at petra.

Small gestures like these make your stay memorable, and I'd prefer such properties over the 5 stars where you are met with robotic see-through-you staff trained with a standard SOP

A request for the hotel owners - please always keep this helpful and friendly attitude with you!!

Good hotel, attentive staff

This was a good modern hotel. The friendly owner had lived in Europe for a couple of decades, so mixed confidently with international clients, The reception staff, Ashley and Mohammed, spoke English and were friendly, efficient and keen to please. Like most of the hotels in Wadi Musa, P Quattro Relax was some way from the entrance to Petra, but the hotel ran us down to Petra for free and picked us up from Petra whenever we wished. You can walk down to Petra or back up again (we did once) but don't bother unless you have time to spare and like walking.

Room tip: Our room at the front of the hotel had a good view down over Wadi Musa.

AMAZING STAY IN P QUATTRO!

i walked in here by chance and ahsley has been such an amazing manager. she took care of our needs. got our pcr test walked into our rooms. booked taxi and car. cooked asian food for us during the cold. i cant stress how nice is she to us. beyond words. the room is really comfortable and quiet. it is very close to PETRA. dont bother staying in moven pick or any expensive hotel. dis hotel is truly amazing. 5 clas services with 5 class rooms :)

Best hotel in Petra

We were a bit let down with the hotel we where staying at so decided to try P Q relax hotel and we are so lucky we did. Firstly we managed to get great deal and we where greeted by the manager who was friendly and kind. We didn't spend to much time with him as we were starving and they looked after our suitcase while we ate. After we got back we met Mohammed who had a welcoming smile and went well out of his way to be helpful to us. We soon realized that the jacuzzi was not available to all first and that it was in private suites. After a day at Petra we decided that upgraded to suite with the jacuzzi was needed. Room was trendy and modern with mood lighting. The jacuzzi did take a while to fill up but totally worth it once it was good to go. We got a chance to use the full body massage chairs and the sea salt room ended with a nice sauna. We really did get a well relaxed and rested stay but most of all Mohammed was truly the icing on top. He was so helpful and went well out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Very good hotel p4 hotel

I'm booking in p Quattro relax hotel white my family and I find the hotel very good service and the staff very helpful for my vacation in Petra, any information you must ask the owner of the hotel ,because he stay in Italy
