the restaurant here was amazing and the food was delicious. we had paneer which was really very good. the staff was courteous. welcome drinks served by them were really very good. the paan shot which we got in the end was amazing.

I had booked whole of this resort for two days for my sister's marriage in June-14. The resort is clean and well maintained but the staff, specially their manager is very rude. They treat you as if you are staying for free. There are many instances of the staff rudeness that my guests faced. One such instance is when one of my guests asked to change the dirty bedsheet the manager responded back saying 'bring bedsheet from home, if you don't like this'. Similarly when one of the guest asked for water jug, the staff responded back that 'didn't your marriage host provide water in rooms?' Whats this! When I contacted the manager there, he said that they are here to provide rooms and basic services and not to take care of someone's guests.
Horrible experience guys. I had mentioned my dissatisfaction and complaint in the register at hotel as well, but no one has ever contacted me to know what had happened. Seems like, even the owner is not concerned about guest experience.

As the review was posted almost after over 7 Months post stay it took us some time to go in the details of incidents during the period of your stay with us.
Convenience & comfort of the guest are the two primary concern of our management. All operations & guest issues are under constant monitoring and vigil of the senior most management and no issue however small is left unanswered, specially when a guest disposes his complete faith in us by booking the full resort for the convenience and comfort of his guests.
Almost over 125 requests have been registered and addressed ranging from Room Cleaning, providing Extra Mattress, drivers bedding to extra chair were addressed by our team during your 2 night stay.
The state of rooms & care for cleanliness & general hygiene which you have also appreciated here is a testimony to the efforts of the management and the team.
Though your impression of inconvenience in our Front Desk Visitor book could not be traced which you have carried in spite of our best of the efforts,
Your feeling of discontent has been a matter of grave concern for us and has not been taken in a lighter tone by the management, more so as the issue could have been addressed in a more effectual manner, had it been brought to the notice of our MDs during your stay itself.

Good points: Nice rooms, courteous people. Reasonably priced.
Adverse points: Staff not properly trained, for example l requested wake up call with tea.l was woken up on time, tea arrived twenty minutes later, as the reception desk felt helpless and asked me to ask the restaurant to send tea quickly. They have no arrangement for laundry of guests.
