Ali Ibn Hamzeh Holly Shrine is almost the only historical and religious shrines that non-Muslims are allowed to get in. The most breathtaking point in this shrine is the walls and the roof which are skillfully adorned with mirrors.
You can also have the chance to speak with knowledgeable and open minded Mullahs who speak different languages like English, Spanish, Chinese and ... .

This holy shrine is a peaceful and quite place; Colorful windows, beautiful architecture, good location make these place a worth visit place in Shiraz. After Shah Cheraq Shrine this place is the most important shrine in Fars province. For women Chador is available at the mosque. The Shrine is open from 07:00 - sunset with no entrance fee.

Upon arrival we knew we were very blessed to visit one of the finest shrines in the world. The architectural design of this shrine is magnificently beautiful with colourful dome. We were very thrilled to the warm welcome of the imam , treated us with tea and biscuits, explained to us the history of this shrine. Speechless, the inside of the shrine was made up of million pieces of colourful mirrors and glasses. Visit this shrine will give you a deep sense of appreciation and love while looking at the fantastic designs on the wall and up the ceiling.

The holy shrine is free for visiting. The only thing is to cover the head with chador for women. The shrine is covered with the pieces of broken mirrow inside. Some people sit in the yard and drink tea.
