Great place to visit and inside you are given the history of this station with pictures, newpaper articles and lives that have been saved. Great for families with children as it educational .Steps down are steep and dogs are allowed

We visited here on Wednesday evening at 6pm to watch the lifeboat launch. Arrive early as parking is limited and to gain the best vantage points. We returned the next day walking from Harlyn Bay which was an amazing walk of less than an hour. (Steps up to coastal walk half way along beach). The lifeboat station is very interesting and the children loved dressing up in uniform.

A new a modern Lifeboat station well worth a visit.
Members of the crew are always available and are very friendly and informative.
It's kinda humbling coming here - many, many lives have been saved by these incredibly brave guys who are ALL volunteers, putting their own lives on the line to save the lives of total strangers.
The RNLI receives NO government funding, they work purely on your donations.
Thank you guys, words cannot express enough thanks for the outstanding service you provide.
