My daughter and I went to Salut Kitchen for an early Mother's Day celebration on May 12 for a late brunch and endless mimosas. The service was friendly and good, the waiter made sure that our glasses were never empty of mimosa. The food was good - we shared a breakfast pita and hummus plate. It was perfect weather for us to sit on the patio. Good thing we took a Lyft, because the mimosas kicked our butts.

Had dinner here last night with friends. The table we were seated at was still dirty, service was extremely slow, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all. That should have been our first clue! Salmon with pistachios entree looked like someone let a chicken scratch the plate and then added the salmon. We received the wrong checks, we could have left, paying 3/4 of what we owed, but that is not how we choose to live. Tip to management, keep a better eye on presentation and staff. Will not return!

Salut (and their great waiter Kona) knows how to allow a great dining experience to unfold. Outside table at sunset, drinks, pita nachos (delicious- but there are only 4 so you could order 2 apps), conversation, then dinner. Devil burger was perfect, fries hot and crisp. Just a nice pace, creatively good food, and pleasant interaction with Kona. Reserve ahead on Open Table.

My friend chose this to meet up for HH last week. I was pleasantly surprised at the HH deal. 50% off all bottles of wine - awesome! Happy Hour runs from 3:00 to 6:30. We ordered a hummus appetizer which was good. For dinner we had salads and chicken sandwich. The server was super friendly, although a bit slow. I was happy with our dining and have already recommended it. A portion of La Paws wine purchase goes to a rescue group.
