Stayed here for just a couple of days on business. Chose this place based on the great deal. Scottsdale is remarkably expensive and I was able to find this place at a great rate. Very nice golf resort place. Not new but seems well maintained. Didn't get a chance to play golf, but I could see this being a great inexpensive place to stay and play golf. The room was like a small apartment which would normally be ridiculously expensive in Scottsdale.
The biggest thing to keep in mind is there isn't great parking and this place is very spread out. Don't plan to walk right out to your car. They use golf carts at the main check in to take you to your room and pick you up when needed. Probably fine if your on a leisurely vacation and don't mind walking a distance to get to your car.
Did sleep great. Felt like a memory foam mattress. If you're looking for a newer hotel this might not be your place. You can really tell the age of the place from the things like faucets and handles. Very aged. Didn't bother me at all though. If I were going for a longer stay or for just a vacation, I'd go back there.More
