Don't bother unless you're desperate. We walked in after seeing they had availability on online. When we asked for a room the guy said nothing available. So we said ok we'll book online. Then he said let me check again. We ended up with a room but it is disgusting and dirty. Good thing we were already dirty from camping. DONT BOTHER. you can get rooms thru them in another property up the hill a ways for cheaper and cleaner. Patagonia astral apartments. Very basic but new and clean

It was the worst wxperience I had in a hotel. It was incredibly dirty, the sheets were stained, there was cockroaches climbing the walls on the bathroom, just plain aweful. Check out the pictures I uploaded so you can get a glimpse of what it is to stay at this place. For the same price, you can find much better places in the city center.

Room tip: There is no good room.

Rooms are really old and small, but clean enough. There are no water boiler nor glasses inside the room; also no hair dryer. Staff were accommodating enough. Breakfast is so-so. Location is its best feature, in close proximity to the restaurants and the port.

The hotel was okay... nothing very luxurious but the location is convenient. The lady who did our check in was great (she also helped us booking a tour), but the other front desk agent (a male), provided the worst customer service ever.

Nightmare from Hell!

The so called 'Hotel' was nothing short of absolute rip off and a dump! Ridiculously over priced for what's on offer, so do yourself a favour and just don't even bother! Room in general is dirty. With paper thin walls it's a competition of who's got their tv loudest between the rooms. If it wasn't tv, it's children running between rooms squealing and slamming doors. This behaviour was allowed to continue the nights we stayed and went on into the early hours of the morning. While im happy accept children and the fun and enjoyment that comes with them, having them galloping through the halls like ferral horses is unacceptable under these circumstances and if not pulled up by parents, staff should have done so out of respect to other customers. If the galloping kids don't get you the stomping of other customers certainly will as they stomp around attempting to locate some access to Wi-Fi, which is only down stairs and touch and go anyway. The view from the room was directly into another that was being renovated, so from 7am until 1800 there were jack hammers, grinding and various other industrial noises.
Staff could really use an education in customer service and in general, perhaps a year or two of training in manners would certainly be of assistance, either that or there is some serious discrimination going on towards foreign travellers.
Bathroom... Not sure if to start with the numerous mould and fungi types growing from shower curtains and tiles, or the fact you need to stick your arm into a hole in the wall, find a wire to pull thereby allowing the toilet to flush, usually. Watch you don't cut your hand or arm. Other times it's a no flush system which makes it a bit nasty for your fellow companions. Unfortunately I can only recommend to give this hotel i miss, it's just not worth any money let alone what the asking price is.
