Cape Cadogan is the blueprint for a so called boutique hotel. Located in two old town houses with only a few rooms, you get the spirit of the past, without missing any of the contemporary comfort. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious. The staff friendly and attentive. The breakfast offers a combination of a cold buffet and a warm menu. The combination will give you the energy to explore the city which can easily be done by foot from the hotel. A large number of restaurants are in the neighborhood and the waterfront is easy to reach with the hotel shuttle or a taxi. We also rate this location highly for its price to value.

This is an amazing place with genuine and attentive staff who's goal seems to be to continually pamper you! Service is above and beyond. Accomodations are so comfortable and plush! Located in a safe area and walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the bus stop.

Room Tip: Get ready to relax and be pampered. :)

From the moment we stepped in you feel at home. The Staff is engaging and friendly.
Accommodations are high end well appointed and spacious. The breakfast room is
quite lovely and cozy. The evenings are very charming in the hotel main living area.
Don't miss the club sandwich from room service...........

The Cape Cadogan is a beautiful boutique hotel with a stunning backdrop of Table Mountain. It offers generous sized rooms (and ours had the most huge bathroom), a warm welcome and a very comfortable stay.

Of an afternoon they put out some complimentary little treats in the guest lounge. You have to indulge - they are gorgeous. In the evening there are some canapés as well.

There is no formal restaurant in the hotel but breakfast is catered for. Plentiful and of a very high standard. There are plenty of good bars/restaurants within walking distance for evening meals.

If we get to return to Cape Town we will not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a "boutique hotel" in a great location. The staff is friendly and pays close attention to detail. There is a wonderful breakfast each day, some of the best croissants and baked goods I've ever had. At tea time there are home made snacks and wine available on a pay as you go honor system. This is a not a 5 star luxury place. The bathrooms are adequate but the staff more than makes up for being in a classier, more modern hotel.

Room Tip: Near the street it can be noisy
