This establishment is well located. Staff are most welcoming, helpful & friendly. The bedroom was a good size and tastefully furnished. We did not find the open plan bedroom style a problem at all.
The small touches of chocolates and welcoming card did not go unnoticed.
Has well sized lounge with view over the pool.
Only negative is no off street parking, but staff said they have 24 hr security.
The breakfast selection was excellent but could be filled up for late starters.
The kitchen staff are a bit noisy but otherwise very good.
I would definitely recommend this spot in beautiful Cape Town.

This guesthouse is wonderful. It is chic and stylish and a bit quirky. Our room was a studio room. The facilities were great although a bit disappointed there was no fridge to chill water etc but that is my only negative point. It had everything else you needed and if you wanted something else, they were always available to help you. If ever you needed a taxi or information on the surrounding area, they were always happy to help. The guesthouse is 10 minute walk from the V & A Waterfront, although if you go out in the evening, you need to get a taxi, but the staff will advise you of that anyway. The garden area was lovely, and the swimming pool was a nice temperature. The breakfast was really nice, and the ladies would always be happy to cook you a breakfast (the eggs benedict were lovely). To sum up, the guesthouse was a breath of fresh air and would definitely go back.

This was an interesting experience. We wanted to find something modern and new and read reviews for this place. It was very modern but not a large hotel and much more of a hostel feeling as all the rooms are very close together or a bed and breakfast. It is a big town home made into a hotel and be warned most of the rooms have a toilet in the room either behind a curtain or a plastic door, not much privacy on that front, but the rooms are decorated nicely with very modern feel and it was very clean. We had a bit of a confusion start where they didn't have our room correct so staying two nights we had to switch, but it was made up to us with great service and a kind staff. The breakfast was really good and they will make you anything you want. the shared living room as well as room they serve breakfast in was very beautiful. The internet was no good in the room we were in on the second floor. I would request a room on the same floor as the pool or our second floor room was way better then the first floor room minus the curtained bathroom. Location was very good and we were able to park our car in the driveway. I would stay there alone or with a comfortable partner. It was good for the cost

stayed here for 2 nights and everything was great. Room nice and comfortable, friendly staff, good location for the waterfront- about a 10-15 minute walk and no problem for the hotel to call you a taxi- and excellent breakfast. Also a lovely garden area in the back with sun loungers which is perfect to sit out in after a long day of sightseeing!

My husband and I stayed and it was perfect for what we wanted. Really funky décor, such friendly and helpful staff, our room was lush - spacious, clean, light and a complementary drink from the bar - we slept very well here. Gorgeous outside area with pool and plenty of sun if you want to soak it up. There is a drinks and light meal menu. The breakfast was amazing and really well presented. Nothing was too much for them, they even leant us a picnic bag to borrow for our visit to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. It's a good location, walking distance from V&A and local restaurants. Easy to get a taxi from here too. We would definitely stay again. Worth the money.
