Good hotel with a great location and friendly service.
Stayed here multiple times during my Durban visits. Clean and well kept rooms , helpful and friendly staff. Two attached restaurants PLATED serving breakfast and lunch , sandwiches and the other one BUTCHER BOYS serving good steaks.
I would like to stay here again.More

Visited Durban for five days, picked Florida park for location mainly.
The property is in a nice area within easy distance of great restaurants and bars.
I found the staff so nice and helpful , helping to book taxi trips..
Nice room spoilt by unfriendly reception but otherwise a pleasant stay . The hotel is very conveniently located and has off the road parking rooms are well maintained and clean. There are many restaurants close by
I requested for the bedding to be changed and I was promised it will be changed. That never happened and we even checked out without the blood stained bedding being changed. Please ensure that bedding or towels are not put in rooms.
The carpet was dirty, the shower is molding and there was a full garbage bag when we checked into our room. I hated my stay there luckily it was just for one night. Their pillows were also dirty. I doubt they cleaned the room.
The service was good, the stuff went their way to give a good service. We traveled as group but we were all satisfied about the service. There is a secured parking.
The Breakfast Menu at the restaurant can be improved, add some variety.
