Everithing was on high level. The beach was beutiful the staff was kind and the animation team was very funny. There was many activities to do (swimming, snorkeling, playing darts, Waterpoolo, Ping pong, snooker and footsnooker). The food was delicious.

The most lovely cosy and warm place among all the places we had visited. It is near the airport near the downtown and on very nice gulf and beautiful reef.
From the general manager to the smallest worker cared about us , they always made sure to see us happy and they cared about details
The only place I returned to and I will return back surely. Mr. Mahmoud , Mr. Shaheen , Bob jamica and alll the workers thank you for caring about us .
The cleanliness the ambiance and the family atmosphere are things found easily in this lovely place

Dear Mr Bahgat Abd El Hamid and team,
thank you so much for making our stay at Steigenberger Coraya Beach Hotel an oriental fairy tale experience again. I have visited your hotel two years ago with a friend and this time with my mum. I rate both holidays as top of our stays ever.
All is perfect. Hotel is so close to airport, it is built and maintained very well, stressing up the oriental style. The beach has no mistake, always clean, flowers everywhere (this I do not understand till today – being in the middle of the desert), green lawn, pleasant restaurants, several bars, beautiful swimming pools.
But what makes the stays unforgettable is definitely your staff. Starting with so polite and proactive reception staff, your customer service ladies Katja and Ina, always very helpful and noticing room service (clean rooms, fresh drinks, lovely arrangements from bath towels on our beds), service on the beach – the life guards did even help us to carry our bags to the beach in the morning – thanks, Ali) and all the waiters on the beach were always so fast and always asking if we need anything.
Meal – that is its own capture. So wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, bakery, ice cream, drinks, local, but also worldwide specialties – the all inclusive is just a holiday itself. I especially admire all the desserts section. It was like and art exhibition, truly. The service in both restaurants was simply amazing, so much attention and fun we had! Here I would like to greet namely Mohammed and Tarek. In their waiter care, we felt like queens.
Entertainment – I can see a huge improvement over the last two years. The evening shows at Amphitheatre were truly a high level artistic or dancing performances, we were amazed. We also liked the afternoon musical background happening on the terrace and evening dancing. But the top was the beach party. The fire show was unbelievable and firework at the end unexpected and cool. All the set up must have been so much work to prepare – all the lights, stage and bar. What an effort!
Animators – I would like to thank to all the team! Nayla and Omar were always such fun on the dance floor (not only), Suli just a great entertainer – with the never-ending smile on his face we take home with us and last, but not least, our favorite sport instructors Xenia and Boudy – it was so great to have all the exercise with you (morning stretching, afternoon yoga and aqua aerobic with your funny La Bomba dance!)
We came back, all relaxed, full of energy and lovely memories, because all staff, be it gardener or security man that we met, is smiling and greeting always. This all made us feel very welcome.
Top service, top team, top destination – congratulations for building up and maintaining such team and high quality!
The only mistake I would find is – we stayed too short! See you next time and for longer!
