Very nice place to have a peaceful vacation, but also there is plenty of entertainment if you're looking to have fun.

I must give special praise to all the staff that works there and is making sure that you feel as welcome as possible every day in and out. Animation team is doing a great job in trying to keep people entertained with various activites and I have to thank their team member Xfigo Fago on making our stay even more pleasent, one of the nicest people I've met on my trips.

Also not to forget to thank all the waiters, housekeeping, chefs, gardeners, cleaners, busboys, life guards and all other countless staff members who were always nice and greet you with a smile, even though it cannot be easy to work and fulfill all customers needs in such warm weather.

As for facilities, you cannot expect 5 star hotel in Egypt to be on the same level as the ones in Europe, hence the price difference, but in general it was good. Food had enough variety and was in general good quality, not to get bored by eating the same thing every day. Would possibly recommend management to look into investing on soundproofing rooms a bit more, as it can get loud and also aircons are a bit loud as well.

All in all, it was a good experience and would recommend it for a couple or family vacation.
