Since my last visit, the owner of the Blind Finch has turned his Hambergeria around to meet the current conditions. Gone is the bar and the dine in restaurant but in its place is the most amazing bakery and Hambergeria. I visited in the daytime to be greeted by a delicious selection of pies, hot cross buns, pastries and I had to stop there because there is only so much one person can eat!! I ordered a Pork Belly sandwich (sour dough bread made on the premises). It's sad that the owners have had to change from what their passion was, but it certainly hasn't changed the quality nor variety of the fare. Gotta take your hat off to business owners who have been willing to change and move forward in a new world. Hamburgers are now available in the evening.... Oh and great coffee.
