Ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay in a good location. You will be mesmerized by the attention to detail in a not so commercial establishments. Such small things go a long way. Also, do try the home made desserts.

It is the best place for a family to stay in Goa. The place is close to beach. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. Joe and Marietta are very helpful and are great hosts. Thanks again for hosting and will definitely visit again.

We four friends planned trip to Goa and stayed at Joe and Merriettas for 4 night's.
Throughout this stay we all were happy to have this guesthouse as it was very close to beaches, host were very polite and supportive, the environment where it is located was very good, breakfast and dinner was very delicious.
Room was as good as 4 star hotel with good AC, Comfy beds, Views from rooms were awesome.
Both Mr. Joe and Marietta are very polite and professional.
We will definitely going to stay here again....Tnx to Both.
