With new, expensive hotels going up all around the Arsenal and the idiotic Huntsville City Council trying to gouge tourists with higher and higher room taxes, it's becoming harder and harder to find a decent hotel at a decent price. Just a few miles from downtown, this location fits into both categories.
Recently renovated, the rooms are fresh and clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is decent for this price level and at times the traffic can be a little loud. There are over a dozen restaurants & fast food establishments you can walk to for breakfast and/or dinner. Most of the construction crowd will check-in down the road at the Quality Inn so no worries about trucks starting up at 5:30AM.
If you're looking for silk sheets and polished silverware, go elsewhere and don't waste your time writing a 'bad' review about it. If you want a good night's sleep and not spend $125 doing it, give this location a try.More
