We have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns. Our stay here was very disappointing. 1. No hot water in bathroom. This was reported and not corrected. 2. Food in breakfast buffet was not hot. 3. Ran out of coffee or it was cold. 4. Painting had. Fallen out of frame. No attention to detail at this location.

Stayed here several times in the past, and again this March. The hotel offers value, but had some new surprises this trip. Stink bugs and Asian ladybugs were appearing on the window above the AC unit. I accidentally bumped an opened the front of the unit - the access panel. Inside, was a fully loaded dust/lint collector which I rinsed in the bath tub.

Regarding the bugs, the front desk wasn’t surprised ! Was told they hibernate in the AC units over winter. Said they would spray the unit.

With the virus focus, I am concerned that maintenance is being subordinated or forgotten.

We had a special request during the Thanksgiving Holiday and the General Manager, Donna was so kind in helping us. In just a brief conversation I could tell she embodied Hamptonality!

Perfect in every way except there is no mandatory mask regulation being enforced. It became very obvious why Alabama cannot get their numbers under control. Large group of teenage ball team swamped the breakfast area and lobby areas endangering everyone. The staff seemed oblivious. I guess they did not want to lose their business. Very sad. Very dangerous. Will not stay in another Hampton Inn until after the pandemic is over.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I apologize that you felt as if our staff doesn't take COVID serious. Our hotel has made sure that we have signage posted everywhere about social distancing and mask requirements. One thing that is hard to enforce is mask wearing while eating. Unfortunately, no matter how much we sign or address what guests should be doing, people are going to do what they want. I agree,it is dangerous. It's dangerous for guests and it is equally dangerous for the employees who are hard at work preparing a hotel for guests who are currently traveling during a pandemic. I can understand if you decide not to travel, but if you do, we will be happy to have you back at the Hampton Inn & Suites Huntsville/Hampton Cove!

Recent visit was disappointing. We found beer bottle cap on floor chair was severely stained and cobwebs in windows all indicated lack of proper clean interior especially in Iight of covid.

First visit to this location but not up to what we usually see in Hampton’s.
