If anyone thinks this is about the design of Gateway being British then the answer is a "No". The design is a combination of Hindu and Mughal architecture of 16th century. In fact, this one has some resemblance to Shaniwar Wada in Pune. In any case, it looks magnificent and welcoming.

Mostly looking at from the sea, gives you an insight into the warm nature of city of dreams.

Very cool place in a fun location with great views of the gateway and the Taj motel.
Tons of people as always. It’s in a hard to get to place with more than the usual amount of Mumbai traffic. I’d walk around and do some shopping after. Very fun day

Nostalgia is at its best at this place, visit this signature place whenever you are in mumbai. Facing Taj gives you a comfort of being elevated in your life to be standing there. Sea is beautiful from this place.
