We have different categories of room starting from Superior to Suites. We see that you have been designated the room that you have chosen, while booking your stay with us. Our front desk team also clarifies the same. However, we are quite saddened to note that you had a less than exemplary experience at your hotel. Kindly accept our sincerest apologies for all the shortcomings. Our most important priority is to exceed the expectations of our guests and it hurts us every time we fail to do so.
While we are glad to hear you enjoyed our Buffet Breakfast. We are showcasing lavish breakfast buffet spread which includes 3 fresh juices & fresh fruit platter, 7 types of bakery baskets continental spread, both North Indian & South Indians delicacies with live counter for Dosa's and Egg omelettes. Also our chef's go an extra mile to meet all the guest needs. The Mysore Masala Dosa which we serve indeed takes a little time, to retain the the authenticity of taste and quality. Howbeit, we see that our team at the restaurant did not deny serving the Masala Dosa's. We are indeed proud of our upkeep of the hotel and every time a rare feedback like this reaches us, we not only attend to it immediately but also dig deeper to ensure that our rooms , food and its services remain free of errors.
