We do not recommend it at all... Dirty room, dirty bed, no shower, walls in bad condition, no A/C, staff poorly speacks english and they are not really nice... You have much better hotels nearby and they are much CHEAPER!!

Stayed: August 2018, travelled with friends

The staff of the Hotel is extremelly nice! It toke us long to arriva there because the taxi left us on the main road and then we had to walk on the Bazar. The room is really good, they help us booking taxi to Agra (which was a great experience) also taxi to airport... I really recomend this place and id i go back to Delhi i'll stay here for sure!!

Very poor. We had booked rooms based on positive reviews.. but after reaching hotel, we came to know that our room has already allocated to someone. Staff had told this after an hour in late night which made the whole family struggle.

Kindly avoid this hotel even though u see positive reviews.

Poor business tactics.. You pay for an AC Room and the AC is switched off at night stating that there is no electricity. You are forced to spend the night under a fan. You later realise next morning that you have been fooled. A$$H0les!!

We stayed at Hotel Shivam International for three days. Place is clean and within walking distance to the nearby market, New Delhi railway station and metro station. It is located in very quiet place, away enough from noisy streets.
Breakfast is served in the room and you have to wait sometimes a while to be served.
