The place has been created like a giant concrete oven. Nowhere near enough tree cover or cover at all when walking around. Floor is bursting hot even when it’s just a quick walk back to where you left your flip flops.
You should make it clear before entering the weight limits for kids on rides. I paid the same for my son and daughter but my son couldn’t go on any of the big slides on his own as he was 4kg too light. On the website he’s tall enough to go on all rides with no mention of weight and so turned up very excited to be let down once he got to the first slide. Would have been good to know before paying!
You can’t leave and come back in even after paying 5000 dinars and right now in this heat the kids needed a break indoors. What’s the point of giving wrist bands if they’re of no use to get back in?
The kids supervising the slides don’t seem to care or have had zero training and twice I was sent down a slide with my son and ran into someone else in the middle who then gave us abuse for us coming down!
It’s a real shame as this could be a brilliant place for the families.
