Separated beds instead of a queen size bed as we reserved.....bloody blanket inside the closet, towels are of a yellowish color instead of white, found empty bottles of water at the terrace.....food - not tasty at all, a complete disaster. We were awakened by a staff member at 7:00 am who entered our room and left w/o saying she was sorry....no knocking at all. Avoid, avoid, avoid.....
Very good hotel, little old but good food and service. Near town centre, quiet place for real vacantion. Very good spa centre near hotel. Near a bus station and park. Staff is very polite, ahd helpfull.
Doing my regular annual medical checkup, chose this facility.
Friendly staff, solid diabetic food.
My room was shaggy but clean. No wifi in the rooms, only cable internet. Free wifi in lobby.
Hotels pool area is rather cold so I used it only once.
The spa (was included in package) is a couple minutes away. Beware of manicure, lady ruined my nails.
Good to visit in winter and summer, nice to take long walks, but everything else just sucks.
As I was leaving the hotel, lots of adaptations and reconstruction has been started in hotel. Wish them all the best.
I do not know where to start, the hotel is simply a disaster. The staff is rude and pickpocket minded. Are kind and helpful only medics. Food is scarce and monotonous. Room, single as a prison cell. Air conditioning in every single room is extremely mobile and bučna.Bathroom a little poorly lit and very messy. The door can not be closed (the sliding) when using the toilet.Balcony is messy and very poor condition. One gets the impression that this was a room that was rebuilt as from the next room heard as all the walls are made of paper.
The front of the hotel and the reception was OK. Simply put, any other hotel is better than this. The cost of housing is too high for what is offered.
PS. Any private accommodation is better than this hotel and certainly quieter.
It is really 2* hotel with the 2* servis. But people in Serbia and the staff at the hotel are very nice and helpfull. I was for the second time at this hotel in April 2013 with the aunt of my wife. The stay at this hotel was nice, but if you want to have a little bit more comfort you need to book a higher class room. The treatment at the hotel was at the mediocre niveau, but massages at the aquacenter "Fons Romanus" are very good and reasonable priced. The best in massages at this center is Marco. The food at the restaurant was mediocre, but good for the price. All in all it was not bad stay and I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
